    BZ-WN5 is a two-component polyurethane encapsulant engineered exclusively for smart water meter modules, offering ultra-high transparency, exceptional weather resistance, and low-stress protection for electronic components and LCD displays. With a 1:1 weight mix ratio and Shore A hardness of 80±10, it provides reliable waterproofing, strong adhesion to meter housings and circuit boards, and long-term stability in harsh outdoor environments. This adhesive complies with RoHS, REACH, and TSCA standards, making it ideal for export-oriented smart metering products.

    Directions for Use

    Curing: Allow the potted and inspected products to cure at room temperature or with heat assistance (recommended 60°C if needed), according to product and process requirements.

    When temperature drops to 15°C or lower, the hardener or resin should be stored in a warm place or heated before use for potting. Specific heating recommendations depend on the temperature drop; please communicate and consult with us.
